What is GO TECH?
GO TECH is GOING to the campus. It is about meeting new and returning students. It is about serving. It is about sacrifice.
It means coming back early to campus in order to be involved in the lives of others.
In the past there has been Welcome Week, but this is Welcome Week on steroids. It is not just about asking students at Tech
to attend events, though we will do that, but is about getting involved in the lives of others.
As students from various churches have gathered together and planned this week, they have become excited about what God can
do if we make ourselves available. The first few weeks of school are critical as new (and even returning) students seek to
find friends. Therefore, we want to be Jesus "with skin on" as we participate in campus events and care for others throughout
the day.
